Home minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali was today discharged from Apollo Hospital after getting
cured of Covid-19.
The doctors said that the minister was fully cured of the virus.
Speaking on the occasion, the Home Minister thanked all those who had prayed for his health.
He specifically expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, ministers K T Rama Rao, T Harish Rao and J Santosh Kumar, MP K Keshava Rao and former MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha.
He also thanked the Vice-President, the Governor of the state, all the other ministers, and all the public representatives of the state and the leaders of all the parties who had spoken to him over the phone while he was in the hospital.
He expressed special thanks to the Apollo Hospital doctors and staff who he said had treated him quite carefully.
Mahmood Ali also advised the people to be cautious about Covid-19. He suggested to the people that they do not drink cold water, eat only home-made food, exercise regularly and maintain physical distance.
He also asked the public to not be afraid to seek treatment as soon as symptoms appeared.
