On the first day today of the Telangana Legislative Assembly and Council monsoon session, interesting scenes took place in the Assembly.
Minister K T Rama Rao greeted former minister and BJP MLA Etala Rajender, who was fired as minister and who left the BRS, in the Assembly.
He went to the seat of Etala and hugged him in an affectionate manner. They talked for about ten minutes.
KTR also met Sangareddy MLA and Congress leader T Jagga Reddy. Reddy submitted a memorandum to the minister in KTR's chamber seeking funds for various development works. TNGO State president Mamilla Rajender was with Jagga Reddy. KTR asked Rajender how he knew Jagga Reddy. Rajender replied that they were very close, and upon hearing that, KTR asked Rajender if he would ensure victory of Jagga Reddy in Sangareddy. Rajender told KTR that Jagga Reddy would not only win in Sangareddy, but would also join the BRS. The comments made by Rajender have now become the talk of the political circles of the State.
