Siddipet MLA and former minister Harish Rao today alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's GO 29 was causing grave injustice to the SCs, STs, BCs and minorities, and asked where Kodandaram, Riyaz, Chintapadu Naveen and Akunuri Murali, who had said that the agenda of the unemployed was their agenda, were now.
Speaking to mediapersons at Siddipet, he asked why Kodandaram was silent when so many Group 1 job aspirants were agitating for postponement of the Group-1 exams.
"Where are Kodandaram, Riyaz, Chinthapandu Naveen and Akunuri Murali? These four people cheated the unemployed and got jobs for themselves, and are not saying a word any more. After becoming an MLC, Kodandaram has turned conveniently silent. Go to Ashok Nagar. Speak with the Group 1 candidates," Rao said.
He said that the candidates who secured enough marks to rank in the open quota were still being considered only in the reserved quota. "Due to this, the students belonging to the reserved categories are suffering badly. It has been forgotten that the open quota is open to all. While Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is holding the Constitution in his hand, CM Revanth Reddy here is undermining it. Rahul Gandhi said that the Constitution was the Bhagavad Gita. Why isn't it being implemented here? KCR gave notifications as per the Constitution and as per GO 55," Rao said.
He said that the agenda of the unemployed was certainly his agenda, and that he would fight GO 129 with all his might.
