Former MP Ponnam Prabhakar stated that Supreme Court's dismissal of the Special Leave Petition filed by Telangana was a slap to the TRS party, which filed the petition urging the court to link the Krishna waters redistribution to all four States.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Prabhakar alleged that the State government filed the affidavit erroneously which forced the Supreme Court to dismiss it.

Terming it as a disastrous development, he demanded that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao tender apologies to the people of Telangana for the debacle.
