The CM has recalled Swamy as being synonymous with fluorosis, which was a big social menace in Nalgonda.
KCR said that Swamy's struggle through a humane approach was an inspiration to many during the Telangana struggle, and that it was fluorosis sufferers like Swamy who were the inspiration behind the government's strong resolve to provide fluorosis-free purified drinking water through the Mission Bhagiratha scheme in the State.
