The Telangana CM is said to have enquired of Narasimhan if the latter expected the new Governor to block his proposal to demolish the old Secretariat buildings.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today called on outgoing Governor E S L Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan.
The meeting gains prominence as the Centre has shifted Narasimhan and appointed a new Governor, Tamilsai Soundararajan, in his place.
The two men closeted for some time and discussed the present political situation in the Telugu States. There has been a talk for some time that Narasimhan will be shifted to the Centre with a key post, and the Chief Minister is learnt have enquired with Narasimhan about the latter's possible next posting.
KCR is also said to have enquired of Narasimhan if the latter expected the new Governor to come in the way of his proposal to demolish the old Secretariat buildings to build a new one.
