Former MP and BJP leader G Vivekanand today alleged that CM K Chandrashekar Rao and his family members had built farmhouses using the commissions received from the Kaleswaram irrigation project contractors.
He said that KCR was aware of the fact that he would earn commissions if he redesigned the irrigation projects, and hence resorted to it.
He said that KCR, his son K T Rama Rao, daughter Kavitha, son-in-law and nephew all had farmhouses in different places of the state, and that all of them had been built from the commissions earned from the Kaleswaram lift irrigation projects.
He also alleged that KCR was trying to cheat the people of the state by claiming rain water as water from the Kaleswaram lift irrigation project.
Vivek, as he is popularly known, also claimed that there was a secret agreement between KCR and his AP counterpart Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, and that KCR had helped Jagan in the 2019 AP Assembly elections.
He said that KCR had plans to become the Deputy Prime Minister of the country, and that he had struck an agreement with Jagan to receive the YSR Congress Party MPs' support for that.
He also claimed that KCR was extending support to Jagan on the issue of Pothireddypadu, betraying Telangana.
