Panchayat Raj Minister K Jana Reddy on Thursday alleged that some Seemandhra leaders were "trying to delay the formation of Telangana state" by seeking an extension of deadline to debate the Telangana Bill.
Speaking to media persons in the State Secretariat after releasing the calendar of TMPBOS, Jana Reddy said that the Seemandhra legislators have "wasted" 12 days of Assembly and that the time extension they are seeking isn't for the discussion of the Telangana Bill.
He described the move as a "conspiracy" to delay the process of Telangana formation.
However, he said that such conspiracies would be foiled by the Telangana legislators and that division of state would be a reality in the near future. (INN)
