Narsimlu showed him some government land on the outskirts of Allipur village, and Subrahmanyam agreed to purchase it. Subsequently, Narsimlu fabricated pahanis and other related documents, purportedly issued by the Tahsildar of the mandal, which he provided to the complainant and collected Rs 1,20,00,000.
He also defrauded Aleti Kumar, collecting an additional Rs 50,00,000.
