2 Months For Regularization Of Illegal Buildings

GHMC Commissioner Dr Janardhan Reddy said that the corporation was giving two months' time to people to regularize their illegal constructions and layouts.

Speaking to the media on Saturday, Reddy said that the GHMC had introduced an online system so people could avoid brokers.

It had also set up helplines to create awareness among the people on the regularisation of illegal constructions and layouts, he said.

The GHMC would examine illegal constructions using Google maps, he said, and clarified that there would be no regularisation of illegal structures and layouts involving court cases, government lands, Shikham lands and tank lands.
