Fake Visa Stamping Gang Busted In City, One Arrested
The Shamshabad police today busted a fake visa stamping gang headed by a Rellu Kubinder Rao, who was sending women abroad by fabricating visas for them.

The Shamshabad police busted a fake visa stamping gang headed by a Rellu Kubinder Rao alias Chinna, who was sending women abroad by fabricating (fake) visas for them.
The gang leader, a native of Tanuku in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, was being assisted by a Shaik Basheer Ahmed, 60, of Karukkulam, Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, and a Balu Prasad of Kumbakonam, who is absconding.
Following a complaint from a Kashi Kumari of East Godavari district, and a Balam Nagarathnam and a Mailabattula Swapna of Bhimavaram, the Shamshabad police apprehended the accused this morning at a hotel in Shamshabad with plenty of stamping material (Kuwaiti stamps, fake PCC certificates and other stamps). The police seized cash of Rs 2 lakh, one printer, one laptop, 15 Mee Seva papers, 16 passports, 13 visa papers, 25 stamps, eight stamp pads and others from them.
The accused was arranging passports for women using his agents named Augustin, Mohan Rao, Rama Krishna, Sunitha and Ruthamma. Shaik Basheer Ahmed is a ticketing agent of NBS Travels and also a trader in garments, and used to procure Kuwaiti revenue stamps, and notary stickers and stamps from a Kumar in Sri Lanka, and used to supply them to Kubinder and Balu Prasad, who used to prepare the PCC and supply rubber stamps to the principal accused.
