94.37% of the candidates who applied for the engineering entrance test and 94.27% of those who applied for the agriculture and medicine streams, appeared.
The Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) passed off peacefully across Andhra Pradesh on Thursday.
According to EAMCET Convener Ramana Rao, 94.37% of the candidates who applied appeared for the engineering entrance test held in the morning session, while 94.27% of the candidates who applied for the agriculture and medicine streams appeared for their test in the afternoon session.
The test was held at 523 centres across the State.
Rao said that the EAMCET key would be released on Saturday, and that the results would be announced on June 9. (INN)
