EAMCET 2016 will be conducted on May 2, and candidates can submit applications online from February 28 to March 28.
Releasing the EAMCET 2016 schedule on Wednesday, Telangana State Council of Higher Education Chairman Papi Reddy said that a notification would be issued on February 25. Candidates can can make corrections if any to their applications from April 3 to 13. Applications will be accepted with a late fee of Rs 500 by April 3, Rs 1,000 by April 13, Rs 5,000 by April 22 and Rs 10,000 by April 29.
The engineering entrance examination will be held for three hours from 10 am to 1 pm, while the medicine and agriculture entrance examination will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, he added.
Papi Reddy said that the key would be given out on May 3, and objections would be accepted until May 9. The ranks will be announced on May 12.
It was decided that the fee would be Rs 250 for SC and ST candidates, while other categories would need to pay Rs 500.
The government has made elaborate arrangements for the EAMCET 2016 examinations, he assured.
