Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya called on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at the latter's residence in Hyderabad on Sunday.

Speaking to media persons later, Dattatreya described the meeting as informal, and with no specific agenda.

However, he said that labour welfare in Andhra Pradesh was discussed.

Naidu reportedly requested Dattatreya to give priority to AP in the implementation of Central schemes for labour welfare. (INN)
