Assembly BAC To Meet over Telangana Bill

The Assembly BAC is likely to meet on Friday evening to decide the schedule for holding a debate on the Telangana Bill.

The Business Advisory Committee of Andhra Pradesh State Legislative Assembly may meet on Friday for on discussions on the Telangana Bill.

According to sources, President of India Pranab Mukherjee has referred the Bill to the Assembly and has given a time of 6 to send its views.

Therefore, the BAC is likely to meet on Friday evening to decide the schedule for holding a debate on the Telangana Bill.

It is not certain whether the Assembly would take up the Bill immediately or keep the matter in abeyance. (INN)
