Alampur MLA Sampath Kumar left a program sulking against a violation of protocol.

On Wednesday, the state government laid the foundation stone for the Jogulamba Gadwal Collectorate building. Alampur MLA Sampath Kumar attended the program. However, upon noticing that his name was missing from the opisthograph, he immediately returned from there.

While leaving the place, Kumar also entered into an argument with Health Minister C Laxma Reddy.
