SCR To Run 638 Summer Special Trains
The South Central Railway will run 638 Summer Special Trains from April to June 2012, from the twin cities.

To clear the extra rush of passengers, the South Central Railway will run 638 Summer Special Trains from April to June 2012, from the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
According to the SCR, the Special Trains will run to various destinations - Visakhaptnam, Manchiryal, Ajmer, Ferozpur, Kolhapur, Porbandar, Jaipur, Adilabad, Nanded and Nizamabad.
The Hyderabad-Ajmer Weekly Summer Special will run for 26 trips; Hyderabad-Ferozpur Weekly Summer Special for 26 trips; Hyderabad-Kolhapur 4 days a week for 100 trips; Hyderabad-Viskhapatnam Bi-weekly Summer Special for 52 trips; Secunderabad-Manchiryal 6-days-a-week Special for 182 trips; Adilabad-Nanded Daily Summer Special train for 182 trips, Nizamabad-Visakhapatnam Weekly Summer Special for 18 trips, Secunderabad-Porbhadar Weekly Summer Special for 26 trips; and Secunderabad-Jaipur weekly Summer Special for 26 trips.
In addition, Special Trains run by other Zonal Railways and passing through the SCR system, accounting for 46 trips, will also add to the efforts to clear the extra summer rush.
These trains are: Howrah-Channai Weekly Summer Special, Visakhapatnam-Sainagar Shirdi Weekly Summer Special and Santragachi-Kochuveli Weekly Summer Special.
The SCR said that the reservation for these trains is under progress, and a large number of berths in them are available. (INN)
