The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

PLEASE take necessary action against the unauthorized commercial Hospitals/buildings without Parking place, resulting which their customers park their vehicles at street roads immediately the police /GHMC find and imposed fine/Challan on the said vehicles without taking proper action against the illegal construction. in that case what the genral public has to understand against the concerned authority and illegal construction.

I the resident of H.No. 19.3.40 Jahanuma, Hyderabad 500053. Non collection of garbage by vans service and non supply of dust bins. collection of garbage and supplied with dust bins for the residents who dint paid taxes, whereas am deprived off by this.

Providing public toilets with modern style is good idea by GHMC , at the same time 5/- full meals idea is also fantastic thought. But, here in Malkajgiri main center area for public toilets they are charging RS 2 for toilet and RS 5 for tools .many people are asking here about these charges are placing with or without GHMC knowledge.we in confuse please clarify.

Krishnarao Janikiram Nagaraju,Aruna,Srinivas,KC reddy, Devender, Bank Manager and Dharma, we are staying 12-2-827/6, Kanthi Nagar colony, MP hyd Builder uday kumar was constructed a apartment and he has made a room in seller which not permitted GHMC, as per role only watchmen Room should be in seller other then all are unauthorized if anything built, so please we are requesting to GHMC, please remove the room

Dear Sir/Madam,
For the past two month in my locality we are facing severely drainage problem, flowing on roads. Not letting us to walk on the road, very bad smell, unable to stay at homes due to mosquito menace in the day and night. In most of the houses small kids, school children and aged people are falling ill due to it. They are prone to fall in the dirty drainage pond phots attached and health issues. I request you to take a quick action to solve the driange over flow issue at the street address given below.

Hi Sir, This is a Good but no one answers the call.. We are talking about clean India and as a citizen we are struggling with garbage management in our area The garbage collector hardly turn up once in week and this results into garbage accumulation.. Pls see into it.

Sir we are from telangana state union.this is the great thing that ghmc checking the workers who are dummy or not.we are facing the problem of garbage..ghmc workers are not taking garbage near rajanna bowli aliyabad hyd. monthly we are facing this problem 10 times.so i kindley request you to remove or check the person who is under our area .
