Won’t Recognize AP Govt.: KCR

No bandh tomorrow, but will launch a non-cooperation movement against the AP government.
Hyderabad | 24th December 2009
A merry Christmas and a happy New Year, indeed. At Kalinga Bhavan today, there was much vitriol to be partaken of.

KCR, the TRS chief, addressed a meeting of Telangana politicians from the TRS, PRP, BJP, TDP and the Congress. A new Joint Action Committee was formed from these leaders.

KCR said that because of appeals by a Christian organization, the bandh scheduled for tomorrow has been revoked, in view of Christmas celebrations. The TRS had, yesterday, called for a 48-hour bandh in Telangana, following the centre’s latest official statement on separate statehood.

The TRS chief said that the TRS doesn’t recognize the government of AP anymore, and said that Rosaiah must quit as CM as it is unethical for him to go on. He said that the JAC would go on a non-cooperation movement across the state, and the decision would be taken on Friday.

A pledge was undertaken by everyone attending the JAC meeting that they would all unselfishly and honestly fight for the Telangana cause, despite any obstacles on the way, until the mission of separate statehood was achieved.

Earlier in the day, it was announced that government servants cutting across ranks – right from Zilla Parishad employees to MPs and MLAs – would resign. KCR said that he would request the AP Assembly speaker to accept the resignations of all MLAs who have/will put in their papers.

Prohibitory orders have been declared in in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad till the 1st of January 2010.

See, i really dont understand one point. Why Chandrababu Naidu is being blamed for this issue? Take the facts. Is Naidu the CM of Andhra, or Home Minister of India or Prime Minister or is his party ruling either the state or the centre? The answer is a big NO. Now, who has to take the decision on this issue? Either the CM of Andhra or Home Minister of India or the PM of India. Naidu's party is not even a coalition partner of the UPA which is ruling the country. The Chairperson of this UPA is Sonia. So, in what way is Naidu connected with the decision making in Telangana's case? The funny thing is even TDP people are not able to say this clearly. Only when a resolution is introduced in the assembly, then Naidu comes into the picture. What way will he vote during the resolution? If he votes for the resolution, he will lose some votes in andhra region, if he votes against, he will lose votes in the Telangana region. It is his problem. So he comes into the picture only after the resolution is introduced in the House. So, first KCR should catch sonia's collar and demand her to first introduce the resolution in the assembly. Ever since the fast by KCR, sonia has not even come out with a statement on this issue, but KCR has no guts to ask "madam" to open her mouth. They are the villains, the congress people and KCR has no guts to even question them. So, he vents his anger on Naidu. What a disgrace for KCR. Even a child will tell that now, the ball is in the court of the state and central government to introduce the resolution in the state and that Naidu is in no way concerned with this. But KCR makes it as if only Naidu is the cause for the crisis whereas the truth is that nothing is in the hands of Naidu and that he is in no way involved in the decision making process. When even a child will admit this, KCR does not know this? It is stupidity and personal animosity that he has against Naidu. This is unbecoming of a leader. A leader should be ready to identify who is the culprit and question the right people instead of just venting his anger against soft targets.
