TDP Accuses KCR Of Amassing Illegal Wealth

TDP leader and former legislator Seethakka today lashed out at TRS, and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and his family for "amassing wealth through the Statehood movement".

Addressing Party activists at a meeting in Khammam, Seethakka said that no other leader in the State had earned as much money as KCR and his family, in 60 years.

She also ridiculed TRS MP Kavitha's for her remarks on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and TDP National General Secretary N Lokesh for disclosing their assets and for saying that there was no need for KCR to emulate them. Seethakka said that if the KCR family did not want to disclose their wealth to the public, they must have accumulated loads of black money.

She also slammed Kavitha's remarks on Lokesh who had opposed Telangana's separation from AP and also on the recent district reorganization, by stating that everyone had the right to criticize political leaders regardless of their position or location.

The TDP leader predicted that majority of the people of Telangana would vote against the TRS in the upcoming general elections.
