Revanth Reddy Episode A TRS-YSRC Conspiracy: TDP
The demand to make Chandrababu Naidu accused number one in the case clearly showed that both parties were in a nexus, AP finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu alleged.

Andhra Pradesh finance minister and TDP senior leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu today alleged that the arrest of Telangana TDP legislator Revanth Reddy was a well planned conspiracy by the TRS and the YSR Congress Party.
He further alleged that the conspiracy was hatched to defame the TDP, and the demand to make chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu accused number one in this episode clearly showed that both parties were in a nexus.
Setting up cameras at the residence of the nominated MLA after coming to know that Reddy was going there clearly showed a conspiracy behind it, Yanamala said.
How was a case filed without verifying the authenticity of third party tapes, he demanded to know. A case could be filed only after sending the tapes to a forensic lab to verify the voices, he pointed out.
Referring to the reported statement of Telangana home minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy that Chandrababu Naidu was behind the cash for vote episode, the AP minister asked whether this would not affect the investigation. Was it not open black mail, he asked.
The TRS CM had lost the confidence of the people during the last one year, and had conspired to arrest the TDP legislator to divert the attention of the people on the problems being faced by the party in Telangana, Yanamala alleged.
Taking a dig at YSR Congress president Jaganmohan Reddy, he said being an accused in 12 criminal cases of the CBI, how could Jagan demand Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu being made accused number one for no fault of his.
Jagan, who had never met the Governor on the people's problems, had met the latter just to demand the inclusion of the name of Chandrababu Naidu in the case, he said.
There was not a single instance of vote-buying corruption in the 30+ years old TDP party's history, whereas the Congress had indulged in number of such practices, he said.
Stating that the Congress, too, had a hand in this conspiracy hatched by the TRS and the YSR Congress, Yanamala said that the people would teach a lesson to these parties in the two Telugu states. (NSS)
