Former minister and Congress leader Mukesh Goud today said that he would not leave the party. He also said that he would work under the leadership of GHCC president Anjan Kumar Yadav.
Goud also condemned former minister Danam Nagender's remarks that there was no place for the BCs in the Congress. Opining that the BCs were not in a begging position, the former minister said that they would soon be in a position to call the shots.
He also said that the Congress was strong in Greater Hyderabad but had remained silent all these days since the state was newly formed and the TRS government needed time to show what it was capable of.
For the uninitiated, there were rumours that Goud would also follow Danam Nagender and shift to the TRS.
Goud celebrated his birthday at his residence at M J Market on Sunday. On the occasion, Greater Hyderabad TRS president Mynampally Hanmantha Rao came there and had a meeting with him, which interested political circles a lot.
