Secunderabad MP and Union Minister for Tourism & Culture G Kishan Reddy today launched a padayatra in his the Amberpet Assembly constituency, which he used to represent.
He toured Patel Nagar, Prem Nagar and other places in his constituency.
The minister expressed his displeasure as the local officials were not available during the padayatra when the people started apprising him of their problems.
The minister reprimanded the higher officials on the phone for the lower officials being absent during his visit to the constituency while he was trying to hear the grievances of the citizens and find solutions.
He instructed the officials to take immediate steps to solve the electricity problems of the people. He also asked the officials concerned to level the roads which were dug up for laying pipelines in the localities.
