Telangana Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao on Tuesday said that all of the State's proposed irrigation projects would be completed despite the hurdles being created by Opposition parties.
Speaking at Mancherial after releasing water from the Gudem lift irrigation project, the Minister said that the Congress and the TDP were trying to hamper the State's progress by approaching the court and the Assembly without due cause.

We will knock off our opponents and come out victorious by finishing these projects. We will face all court cases and other obstructions," he said.
Speaking about the major projects being taken up, Rao said that once the Kaleshwaram project was finished, the entire northern Telangana region would become a green and riparian habitat again. And he asked the oustees of the projects not to pay heed to the Opposition parties.
