A delegation led by S Gopalakrishnan, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Infosys, called on Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy at Secretariat on Tuesday.
The team explained Infosys' development plans of the Pocharam Project, which is situated next to the Singapore Township on the Hyderabad-Warangal road.
The Pocharam campus is the fastest-growing campus of Infosys in AP.
Gopalakrishnan told the Chief Minister that Infosys proposes to expand its Pocharam Project to upto 25,000 employees, in 2 phases - with 14,000 in the first phase and 11,000 in the second phase.
The Infosys CEO said 4,000 employees are already working at this, campus and that a total 19,000 employees are in their Gachibowli and Pocharam campuses.
He also said Infosys had crossed IT exports of one billion Dollars from their Hyderabad campuses. (INN)
