The Andhra Pradesh goverment has terminated the former chief secretary as Chairman of the AP Endowments Archakas And Other Employees Welfare Fund Trust.

The Chandrababu Naidu government in Andhra Pradesh today cancelled the appointment of former chief secretary I Y R Krishna Rao, IAS, as Chairman, Andhra Pradesh Endowments Archakas And Other Employees Welfare Fund Trust.

The Commissioner of the Endowments Department, Andhra Pradesh, was asked to take action accordingly.

For the uninitiated, Rao had incurred the displeasure of the Chandrababu Naidu government for his pungent remarks that the Chief Minister had been neglecting the Brahmins.
