Hyderabad May Belong To Telangana

Home Secretary confirms that Telangana process will continue, even as PM assures AP MPs of consensus in the matter.
Hyderabad | 11th December 2009
The Union Home Secretary Pillai in Delhi has stated that the process of formation of the new state of Telangana will continue as planned, and that Hyderabad will be the capital of the new state.

However, meanwhile, Andhra and Rayalaseema MPs have met the PM today, who has assured them that no decision will be made in haste.

The state continues to burn in retaliation to the Centre’s decision, and rallies are being taken out in various parts of Seema and Andhra.

The state Assembly will be adjourned till Monday.
