The Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday gave significant relief to Telangana TDP leader Revanth Reddy by relaxing the conditions of his bail and allowing him to go anywhere in the country, including Hyderabad.
However, the Kodangal MLA, who was booked as the principal accused in the infamous note-for-vote case, has to appear before the ACB officials every Monday and sign in their register.
Revanth Reddy was arrested when he was caught red-handed offering cash to nominated TRS MLA Stephenson to vote for the TDP candidate in the then upcoming MLC elections. He was later granted conditional bail, which barred him from moving out of his constituency.
