The CBI has served a notice to Congress Rajya Sabha MP K V P Ramachandra Rao, for questioning in the Emaar-APIIC project case.

KVP was known to have been an aide of the late former chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.

He, in fact, was the government advisor when APIIC's share in the Emaar township dropped from 26% to 6%.

KVP has been reportedly asked to report to Dilkusha guest house for questioning.
