CPI Says Governor Working Like BJP Leader

Senior party leader Dr K Narayana alleged that the Governors were just tools in the hands of the BJP to harass the State governments not ruled by it.
Hyderabad | 8th April 2022
The CPI today slammed the Governor system in the country.

Senior party leader Dr K Narayana alleged that the Governors were just tools in the hands of the BJP to harass the State governments not ruled by it.

He claimed that the Governors were creating problems for the non-BJP State governments while extending total support to the State governments led by the BJP.

Targeting Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, the CPI leader alleged that said that plenty of politics were happening in the Raj Bhavan, and that Soundararajan had been acting against the State government ever since Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had launched a tirade against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He also slammed the Governor lodging a complaint with Union Home Minister Amit Shah against the State government claiming that the drugs mafia had taken firm grip in Telangana. He alleged that the drugs were being smuggled into the country from different ports of Gujarat, and that it was Gujarat that had become a hub for the trafficking of drugs.
