CBI Acting Like Political Party: YSRC
"The CBI should have filed its counter on Jagan's bail petition today, but shrewdly sought time once again," says YSR Congress' Ambati Rambabu.

The YSR Congress on Wednesday accused the CBI of playing into the hands of the Congress and the TDP and adopting delaying tactics to deny bail to its president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.
Party spokesman Ambati Rambabu told media persons here that the CBI, instead of filing its counter on Jagan's bail petition, sought time once again with a view to delay bail for him.
"The CBI's stance is really unfortunate," he opined.
"The CBI should have filed its counter today, but shrewdly sought time once again, leading to the adjournment of the hearing on the bail petition of Jaganmohan Reddy to November 23," he said.
"The CBI has been adopting the same delaying tactics in all courts, including the Supreme Court, from the very beginning, with a view to keep Jaganmohan Reddy in jail for a long time," Ambati charged.
"The CBI should recognize the fact it is not above the constitution, and that it should stop working as a political party," Rambabu said, and suggesed that it work like a "professional investigating agency".
Warning the CBI that people have been watching its unjustified actions in Jagan's case and would "respond" suitably at an appropriate time, Ambati said that the country's premier investigative agency has become a political tool in the hands of Congress and TDP.
Ambati said that Jagan would complete six months in jail by November 27, and that people are at a loss to understand why he has been jailed for so long. (INN)
