A case has been registered against Swami Kamalananda Bharti under section 153 (A) (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc., and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony) of the Indian Penal Code by the Mirchowk police, based on allegations of the former having delivered hate speeches during a meeting held on Tuesday at Indira Park.
