The Osmania University will re-conduct the examinations for BSc (CBCS) II and IV semester students taking the regular tests, and I, II and III semester students writing exams for backlogs, on June 28, 29 and 30.
The university took this decision in view of
the fire mishap that occurred at the spot valuation centre in which some 87,000 answer scripts for the B Sc examinations held on May 29, 30 and 31 were damaged.
Except those booked under malpractice, all students will have to reappear for the examinations, the university said. The exam centres and the hall tickets would remain the same, it added.
It asked the college principals to reissue hall tickets to students where necessary.
