NDA Immune To Aftermath Of 500, 1000 Note Ban: CPI

CPI leader K Narayana alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi settled NDA's black money prior to the announcement.
Hyderabad | 10th November 2016
Speaking on the Centre's decision to demonetize the 500 and 1,000 currency bills - made to combat the inflow of black money - CPI leader K Narayana alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi settled NDA's black money prior to the announcement.

Speaking to the media at the CPI office on Thursday, Narayana pointed out Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's letter to the Prime Minister addressed a month ago, and the sudden announcement of the Prime Minister a month later, and claimed that the letter was a proof that they had settled their unaccounted assets earlier on.

He claimed that the move would affect small time businessmen and poor people seriously, and instead would benefit big corporations and business organisations.

The CPI leader opined that black economy would not be disturbed only by demonetizing a currency bill as people would find a way to tamper with the new currency as well or find ways to get around the system undetected.
