The last flight arrived at 8:25am on Friday, on the scheduled time, at the Haj Terminal of the GMR Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
All the pilgrims who travelled to Haj from the Hyderabad Embarkation Point have returned, after their pilgrimage and visiting the holy tomb of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).
Altogether, 7,967 pilgrims, including 776 from Karnataka, had left Hyderabad for Haj, out of which 7,961 have returned back to Hyderabad.
Eight pilgrims passed away during Haj in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who were buried in the sacred land itself.
Minister for Minorities Welfare Mohammed Ahmadullah, State Haj Committee Chairman Syed Khaleeluddin Ahmed and members of the Haj Committee expressed their gratitude to "all departments, organizations and individual volunteers who have rendered invaluable services for the successful departure and arrival of the guests of Allah".
They thanked GMR Airport Authorities, Customs, Immigration, Police, GHMC, DM&HO, Princess Esra hospital, Charminar, Hyderabad Telecom, AP Transco, APSRTC, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Menzis and CISF. The Hajis expressed satisfaction over the arrangements, both in India and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the conduct of the Haj.

The baggage of some of the pilgrims was not received, and the flight carrying it is expected within a couple of days.

Pilgrims who have not received their baggage can file their claims with the Saudi Arabian Airlines before December 15. (INN)
