I think that sex and gender is just another human phenomena along the same lines of the many many cultures that we have created on this planet. God has many veils of confusion that we must unravel before we get to the onjective single reality of being human and, our connection to what is beyond human. There is culture, male, female, straight, gay, white skin, black skin, cinnamon skin, talll, short, ugly, beautiful, ill, crippled, emotions, selfishness, hurt feelings. If we look past all of this completely...not attaching anything, especially judgements, we will see ourselves and when we see each human just as we see ourselves, then we realize we are all connected and the same. Underlying the single mother of 3 who is depressed and a stripper to make end meets is the same person as the work aholic father who has multiple affairs or the ordinary university student who has a Mom dying of cancer. We are all going through some experience in this life...it is all a journey and the difference between man and woman is pronounced by humans need to categorize everything. If we use compassion....NOT love and pass no judgement on another human being than we can all relax and stop worrying about what role we have to fulfill in society. Lust, jealously...all of these excesses and extremes become insignificant to the compassionate heart. Anyway, because of culture and many other things, I think that men do not mind woman of superior intelligence, but I think if the intelligence is put in the spot light where let's say a wife gets an award over her husband in bio technology when they both work at the same company, there may be a feeling of inferiority. Men have been taught all of their lives to be the woman's protector, so of course, in some situations there may be a feeling of inferiority for some things. Face it, if you are a guy and your wife beats you at an arm wrestle or at a trivia game in front of your friends as a macho guy you will feel a little bruised. But with that said, as the world changes, there are many men who are accepting woman as an equal partner in the world and the gender gap becomes smaller!

IT person? cool! what do u do - ie progarmming, testing, designing?

abt HRs...girls in HR dept are usually good to me...i always have problems with the HR guys....dunno why they hate me....
