When will you people enjoy life?

Parents say \"u study and be successful, then u can enjoy life\". i see many people studying/hardworking all through the life , trying to be the best everyday. I prefer to be average and enjoy everyday. What do u feel ?

parents dont want to do us anything... !! dont go out late at night.. dont drink... dont go out with girls. (if going out with one girl for some time and then seeing other girls later then you are destroying their lives!) dont use bad words.. it is like we are still kids...

when i was in my 10th.. i had only one dream, one ambition in life. to open a video games parlor and earn money and also play to my hearts content. currently.. bcos of my parents (my dad used to apply for entrance exams without my knowledge) i have a masters degree from a reputed university, take home a decent pay and now i really enjoy life.. maybe i would be enjoying more if i had quit after 10th.. but .. i doubt it.. parents usually have our well being at heart. but sometimes they do get overbearing. but u got to take the good with the bad.

Hi Srinu, You may now settle to be average and enjoy life, while your batchmates would possibly burn the midnight oil and reach a top post tomorrow. That\'s the time you would feel the pinch of wasting your time and not listening to your parents buddy... Afterall your parents are telling this for your own good... the same you would also be doing once you are settled in life... okay? Slog now and enjoy later, or enjoy now and slog later, you choose which is the best alternative...

\"Trying to be the best\" is not enjoyment, coz you never will be the best. Coz \"Ambition never comes to an end - Johnny Walker\". But shoudn\'t we have an Ambition? You remember the Sprite ad? Work hard... assh hoga... ab mein kya kar raha huh? Kanfyuzed!!! :-(
