Hi
Has anyone tried out pilates? How diffrent is it from aerobics and regular gym works outs? I\'ve been hearing about this program ... Zareer Patel conducts these classes. Any info u can share will be much appreciated.

Dear La1ya, don\'t loosen just like that. Control your diet, and go for brisk walking daily. Everything will be okay.
