Has the RSS hijacked hinduism as the preferred ideology/mythology of the fanatical Hindus,why does a fanatical Hindu think that one have to be thankful for some one elese being or not being in RSS/VHP , is it something with the mentality of the people who associate with RSS , or is RSS like any other Hindu fundamentalist organization so destructive a organization that even their Pracharaks( paid members) admit it in a veiled manner like the comment above from one of the RSS members.



Would like to know the take of moderate Hindus in this regard.Fundamentalist Hindus please stay away , I know you lot of cliches to spill at!!!!

I didnt realize that moderate Hindus yawwwn at the attempt of the RSS to hijack Hinduism, its human psychology though ..to yawn when encountered with a difficult question..

I didnt realize RSS has attempted to hijack hinduism. Hinduism or for that mater any religion, kisi ke baap kaa jaagir nahi ki hijack or kabzaa, as we know in Hyd, karle.

I dont care about any religion , infact I am not anti any religion all I want to say is that one should discourage bigotry and intolerance against any groups, just because it is in some ways different from your own, and thats what RSS/VHP bigots do ,they instigate violence against Muslims and Christians becuase they dont believe in the fable of Ram, and they indulge in violence,genocide and progroms against muslims and christians with impunity,never are they brought to justice by any government in India.

First of all, 10000 muslims were not killed in the riots you refer to. Gujarat has a history of communal flare-ups and people from both communities have been victims at various points of time. The last time around, it was different though, but not as much as you would make it sound like. The casualty figure during the 2002 riots was not more than 4000 and that included hindus too.



The perpetrators of violence were not all Gujarati hindus, but just a small percentage of them. The hindu population of Gujarat is close to 4 Crore and the number of people involved in the riots and lootings would not be more than a couple of lakhs. Hardly enough to call it a loot fest in caps.



And if you say 99% of the police force in Gujarat are RSS/VHP members, you'd be shocked to know that the RSS/VHP have a loyal muslim following too as the muslim percentage in the Gujarat police force is more than 4%. The rest is simple mathematics for you.
