why outsourcing more here..

why guys in here have to import work from U.S./U.K.
isn't there any work in India with computers.
Aren't there any companies in hyd. for eg., who want to take their presence to internet., like having their own website.
That is the kind of work of work i am talking about.
One need not to worry about importing work or outsourcing.
One can find work locally. why such thing is not there here !!
