BTW the reason I am looking for such people is because I am looking for a house (for rent). I heard that these companies have message boards which are a great resource for house searching... (I am constantly looking at the classified section too)...
hope that clarifies why "anyone" should help me....

It is not a round-about way... rather it is a *preferred* way of searching house without any middle men....
