Anybody been to Manju theatre?

How was ur experience?... when I visited it 2 yrs back... it was a bad place... is it really the way that fullhyd has potrayed?... or is it just fullhyd has written a good profile since they were sponsoring?

Yeah, I have been to Manju Cinema recently. I saw Okkadu starring Mahesh Babu - the sound system was excellent, the atmosphere was cool, and the seating is good. Actually I liked songs in Okkadu bcos I think I heard them for the first time in Manju. Cool down, Pal! Why don\'t you go to the cinema hall and then complain? Or else why don\'t we catch up for a movie there? Cheers, buddy!!!

I am actually from bangalore. Manju being the first theatre I\\\'ve visited in Hyd, was impressed by the seating arrangements made for couples. Dharmi

And the very best theater providing excellent sound system is I think \"Sangeet\" but this actually comes after \"Sai Kishore Cinema\" do u remember this theater guys thats always my fav.

Oh yeah! Kishore theatre (that was the actual name in the beginning) is \"initiation temple\" for all us teenagers studying in and around Himayatnagar/N\'Guda to bunk the classes and land in there (of course, there was \"Srinivas\" also - but it wasn\'t a class cinema house). I still remember watching my first \"A\" movie at Kishore. As for Manju, the last time I was there (3 years ago), it was one of the worst cinema houses. But going by the comments here, looks like it improved a lot. Seems like worth checking it. Sangeet is still the best. At the cross roads, nothing like \"Devi\".

i guess lots of guys like me would have been initiated in good old LAMBA theater too!!but i guess the best theater in town still is the sangeet theater..what say guys?

Of course, Sangeeth is the best ! And while studying my graduation from Wesley girls, 99% of my lab record work was done sitting in Fantasy fast food with a whole group of friends within the theater compound :-)

... I think the name has changed now. At present, besides having the best sound systems in town, check out the stuffed parathas which are sold during the interval in Sangeeth !!
