Bad Boss syndrome! How to tackle it?

at any point of time, i believe subordinates are more happy to discuss bad bosses than anything else. one day my boss walked in while we were having some fun;-). of course, the topic was Bad Bosses, and i almost said \"what would be more interesting and funny than discussing u\". is anyone there to discuss Bad Bosses? \"Beware, Kishore is watching \"

I am the ideal person to dicuss this topic with! First, I report to three bosses...two of them are British and one is an Indian. And all of them take turns to make my life miserable. The Brit guys are downright sour faces---it takes a magnanimous effort to get a smile onto them. Plus there is no appreciation and loads of interference. The Indian boss on the other hand is indifferent to the point of being rude. He comes once in a while to know about the status of his tasks and then leaves. That is the only interaction i have with him. All in all, I wish I were bossless!!
