I am worried about my paunch. All youngsters please recommend a best fitness equipment which can be used indoor. where can I get it in the city??? I feel very much embarrased in parties.

Give some more details about your physique...place and age,working hours...n daily physical activities..so that I will advise you accordingly..

Hi, early morning do gayatri japam, and regular namaskaram,s which will reduce your pot belly. avoid eating rice, for dinner, and if you smoke or drink avoid those, keep eating lots and lots of fresh fruits, drink more than adqueate water, you would see the improvement within 15 days...

How would gayathry japam reduce pot belly?, I think even smoking is not an issue, its the drinking that causes havoc!. Anyway, early morning jog is the best receipe for burning calories.

Controlled and time to time diet and Good Work Out will help you...Basically it is directly related to your stomach and digestive system. Simple is Eat only that amount of food(small) which you can digest.. and that too whenever you feel hungry , People usually neglect all the day food and eat heavy and hefty food in night and sleep , More Sleep in Leisure..(Avoid all that). Drinks and Smoking are also the causes of that problem. Now Work Out...You have many physical exercises but the best and effective are <b>Rope , Swimming and Jogging<b> these will help you a lot not only in controlling your tummy but also the whole body system and blood circulation and keeps your body fit and perfect provided you should do it regularly. Consuming more amount of water will help you to solve the kidney\'s problem. There are lot of abdomen exercises available in the market to maintain your stomach like Power Ab.etc.etc..<b>Chinuphs<b>: This is very hard and difficult exercise which will reduce rings(stepnea) on the side waist and put your body in V-Shape. This is a very difficult exercise and need good concentration and power. It will pull the bulk from bottom(waist) to Top(Chest). Todays update according to research people who are suffering from Fat problem their age will be reduce by 20%.

Dear friend vivek,

Gayatri Jayapam, is nothing by breathing technique... you hold your breath full to your lung and leave out after a minute, by this the diaphram and the lower stomach muscles gets tightend , plus it also helps to strength the lungs...

try just for 10 days you would see the improvement. physcially and mentally, you get tremendous peace..
