Hi fatty \"rich\" lad - I did not really understand why you used the word \"rich\" in your name - is it to say you are rich in fats, if not I dont really feel there is any need to say you are rich - if that rich means rich in rupees!!! I guess nowadays every tom, dich and harry is fairly rich!!!. Anyways coming to your main concern follow simple (not exhaustive) consistent exercise routine daily. Running with slow and above normal speed at intervals is a good and effective way of shedding fats. Swim atleast once in a week for atleast 2-3 hrs. Take balanced diet - do not go on hunger strike. I think everybody knows what to AVOID / reduce taking oily food, spicy food, junk food, cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, soft drinks, red meat . Take fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, plain tea, crackers, and drinks lots of water. My nephew case is similar to that of Anil Kapoor in Badhai ho Badhai and it happenned in one to one and half years - no special excercises, jims etc.. just followed above simple to do things. Sometimes he used to eat stomach full what he likes - he is fond of pizzas and samosas and gulab jamun and thums up - and then vomit out every thing.
