I think the current Gujarat chief minister Mr. Narendra Modi should be indicted in the International criminal tribunal court for the heinous crimes he has committed and permitted on the community his administration was suppose to protect. He must be indicted on the following charges: 1) His inability to prevent the police/govt. from participating/supporitng the extremists which has caused thousands of Muslim residents to flee their homes.
2) For burning alive innocent children and women to death.
3) For raping women and looting and burning their houses and business.
4) For acting against the secular constitution of a country and supporting/encouraging loot/rape/pillage.
5. For having no repentance or remorse on the scale of devastation that happened in fromt of his police and under his leadership.

It is the responsibility of the people in power to ensure law and order. In fact, it is their first and foremost responsibility. In the case of Gujarat, Modi is directly involved. It has been clear from the day one that it is his intention to kill as many Muslims as possible, loot as many homes and businesses of Muslims as possible and fully protect all the perpetrators of these crimes. He has not only directed the entire pogrom but he is also guilty of stopping the police and beauracracy from taking any positive. He must be indicted in International crminal tribunal court.

There is another side to the train burning incident. The Hinduvta brigade has propagated Muslims as being the perpetuators. Often it takes some time for the truth to see the limelight, probably you too are not ready for it. During the Gujarat carnage, why was NO help provided to the minorities and victims despite of repeated phone calls to the police and the CM? We should encourage the culture of ZERO TOLERANCE towards any sort of crime by any leader. If Narendra Modi could not stop the destruction in his own state, then he failed to be a leader and should be barred from politics. He should be brought to the International court of law, if that applies to him.

The reason I insist on the International Tribunal Court is because we must put him to trail in front of the jury which is unbiased and impartial. This cannot happen within India since now even the most educated elite is polarized on this issue.

There are tons of indications and evidences if you look around the media reports to make one believe that Gujarat is a victim of carefully thought out and preplanned massacre deliberately masterminded against minorities. Narendra Modi, apparently fully responsible though, looks like only playing a puppet of the centre, particularly after the childish resignation and re-election show. Whoever is responsible will meet the fate. Its only a matter of time. Just wait and watch.
