Whatever channel we turn to on the TV or on a radio station all we hear or see is violence and killing.It gets so depressing.I think basically its all politics no human being whether rich or poor,a muslim,hindu,jew or a christian would like to do this to another human being.As far as I know no religion teaches violence.The main reason I think is people today have drifted away from the basics of religion.If we stick to the basic facts ,no matter what religion we believe , the world would be a peaceful place.We should realise that we all have to leave this world one day and while we are on this earth do something good and make a difference in some ones life.

If religion does not teach violence how come all religions have such \"bloody\" histories. Accept it that all religions, some more so, have taugh violence.

I strongly believe and agree that \'NO RELIGION TEACHES VIOLENCE\', And I object on POIROT\'s \'Some religions indoctrinate violence and intolerence\'. All religions teach peace & love and NOT SOME RELIGIONS. Speaking volumes on boards & on stages looks good but the reality is much bitter & worst coz. what has happened and happening in Gujrat is the FACT which is the worst,
barberic, devine and henious act. You can\'t feel their pain coz. gujrat riots is only a news for you, and you are not a victim. Ask those helpless poor crying womens who were raped and torched in the open grounds ,and on the roads of Gujrat by so many BASTARDS, Can\'t you feel their pain..Ask the little boy whose family was burnt alive in front of his eyes. Ask the people who lost their business worth of crores of rupees. Ask that women who was pregnant and running for help & a police misguided her to a mob and they butchered her. Ask the families of 40 workers of BEST BACKERIES they were torchered alive, A SUMO carrying 9 members of a family stopped,strapped with wires and burnt. 19 were electrocuted in their home, 18 of Ansari\'s family burnt alive. There are N number of incidents like this which is against humanity and no religion teaches this. No religion teach violence. You try to help the victims of gujarat by any means. You say the people behind the gujarat riots are anti social elements - no you were wrong. They are the Enemy of every religion ....Enemy of Humanity... Enemy of Nation...Enemy of Peace & Love...Enemy of of Society ...Enemy of the whole world ...and they should be punished in same way what they did to others. Then only peace will come. In every religion you find good and bad people but for these few bad people you cannot blame & punish the whole community.

But still, alas, the great poet,phisolopher never got enough attention by us after partition and the pakistanis patent him as \"a poet,philosopher of pakistan\". The fact is Iqbal died Much before Pakistan is created. He was as much a patriot as anyone else. I suggest u all to plz read \"THE UNKNOWN IQBAL\".

How can v get rid of some bad people who are there in all communities of the world? Not even animals would do to other animals as what humans have done to other humans in Gujrath. Who is responsible for all this? Police, State Govt., & Central Govt. and later the Military. All minority communities of India should be prepared to face the worst in their lives!!!
