What should a working woman choose when the babies are small and there is nobody in the house to lookafter them?

Salam Prince saab!So a woman should wait till the babies get old enough to look after themselves or old enough to leave with a baby sitter. But what about this experience-based world. Will the companies welcome women who take break in career. Will they be understanding enough?

yep , i too have the same problem , i am working now , but my problem is when i will have kids , then i will surely need to take a break , coz i will never like a babysitter to take care of them. then i after a big gap , when i come back to the industry , lot many things will have changed by then , i need to update myself , but then what is the use , i will not have the experice in that latest tecnology which entered the market when i was at home.ths problem has no solution.

mother has to choose the childcare , coz career is something which can be sacrificed , but not a baby.You may get a break , may be you when u go into the job after the barek , u will be paid less compared to ur prev job , but then that is fine right? what do u say?
