I play the guitar, but I don't consider myself good enough to be called 'a guitarist'. Can handle drums too, but am best at the keyboards. It's been a long time since I played on a good one, though. The last I played was a Yamaha PSR 610, and that was almost 6 years ago...

what else can u play? the violin? the sarangi? or how about the santoor?
I ran into my ex-girlfriend the other day... I backed up and ran into her again... I miss her sometimes...

I remember being to an Indian Ocean Concert when they had performed in my University's auditorium. Man, they are good! Not just Kandisa, but songs like Leaving Home, and Hille Le. My favourite, though, is Khajuraho. It has tremendous lyrics, some of which go like:

Dhoom Machi Har Nabh Mein Phoote Ras Ki Phuhaarein
Har Har Ke Aangan Mein Naache Chanda Sitare
Pir Gulal Ke Baadal Garje Phagun Sej Sajaaye
Door Agan Bijli Yun Kaunde Rang Diyo Chitkaaye
Raas Rang Madira Mein Barse Prem Agan Sulgaaye
Chait Uthe Sab Jaat-Paat Sab Ek Hi Rang Sambhaaye

Amazing lines!

the talent is there..individually, collective talent for songwriting is a bit on the downside.. But, there r a lotta bands out there who make some good music n given the opportunity would kick ass at the international level.. infact underground acts r definitely makin an impac :!:
