My hyd visit!!!!!! this summer

After KK comment i to ponder on the thought that is hyd over priced. upto some extent i suppose its true.

Real estate, rents, food (restaurant/fast food businesses) - are certainly overpriced. Clothing to certain extent. All of them being the basic things. When it comes to Telecommunications, cars, PCs no doubt they are getting cheaper.

overpriced is relative; population, economy, and relentless progress of time are showing their impact. With progress commodities become cheaper, while value adds become expensive.



The real estate prices may go down for a while but the only price curve that is sustainable in long run is the up curve. Real estate prices will go down long term only if the place is not inhabitable; I dont see this happening to hyd.

Hyderabad is over priced??



Me totally disagree. Hyderabad is by far the best city compared to any metro. Let it be in real estate or rentals or restaurants.



Yeah, there is a rise in prices but tht is in line with the growth of the city and the earning power of people.



compared to other cities like Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore all prices in hyd are pretty reasonable.
